Software Engineer I

Developed financial and clinical reports across Revenue Cycle Management, RevWorks and Millennium, using CCL and Discern Visual Developer to connect reporting requirements with healthcare data.

  • Created 20+ reports and completed 30+ corrections in Discern Analytics 2.0.
  • Managed 10+ scheduled OPS jobs and optimised queries, indexes and performance across 45+ programs.
  • Created 2+ and maintained 3+ MPages reports, connecting Millennium data with PowerChart using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CCLJSON.
  • Corrected 20+ charges, 30+ registration records and 5+ Charge Services issues supporting billing, insurance and guarantor information.
  • Validated 500+ outputs and conducted 100+ code reviews; mentored 6+ colleagues in a 17+ member agile team.

Built a login web application with Java servlets and JSP on Tomcat, connected to a Spring Boot backend. Contributed enhancements and bug fixes in a three-person team, deployed the producer portal on IBM web servers and supported manual QA testing.

Prototyped mobile and desktop interfaces with Ionic, then contributed user registration with automated validation and verification to a live mall franchise application in an agile team.

03 — Behind the work

Beyond the
keyboard.

Games got me interested in computers. Building things kept me there.

My path has taken me from information science engineering in Bengaluru to healthcare software at Oracle Cerner, and then to a master’s in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Adelaide.

My research made me more interested in the assumptions behind a model: where the data came from, how labels were created, and whether a useful-looking score tells the whole story.

I’ve played right back for Uni Whites since 2025 and now help shape the club’s social media. Away from work, I enjoy games, music and the company of dogs.

I create club posters and manage communications for a 107-member soccer club. I mentor two digital creators, coordinate tasks and give design feedback to meet publishing deadlines.

I use Canva for club promotional materials, with CapCut and Adobe Express for my own video editing.
